New staff training opportunity in community services

Certicate IV in Aged Care

12/01/2010

Staff training has an essential part to play in any business. Many employers have found that this valuable investment improves the effectiveness and competency of their employees. The positive impact also extends to:

  • increased staff morale and retention and productivity
  • enhanced service level delivered to your clients
  • better compliance management

As of December 4, 2009 the NSW Department of Education and Training announced that the Vocational Training Order for Community Services - Aged Care has been varied to include the additional qualification of Certificate IV in Aged Care.

This opens up opportunities for staff within your business who:

  • are interested in updating their skills & qualifications
  • are interested in upgrading their Certificate III to Certificate IV level
  • are potential supervisors and managers

Find out how a Certificate IV and other level qualifications in Aged Care can help your business and support your staff development. Our friendly consultants can also advise what government incentatives you may be entitled to.
